求請解讀審稿人提出的關(guān)于我文章中方差分析的審稿意見

各位大俠,最近投了一篇材料的文章,然后在文章中,我用one way ANOVA對我的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析。但是審稿人說我的分析是錯的,還請各位幫我看看審稿人具體是什么意思,因為我不是數(shù)學(xué)背景,所以對他提的意見,好幾處不大明白!先附上審稿意見: However, there a big issue in data analysis to prevents this manuscript to be acceptable for publication in its present. It is a pity. I suggest the authors follow my suggestions and redo statistical analysis, redo table and rediscuss the data. Because your analysis is wrong, it is no useful to review all sections. I recommend the manuscript could be acceptable after the following issues are addressed and resubmit the paper 1. Suggestions: Redo your data analysis using a correct statistical analysis method, provide which multi-treatment method you use, what method you use for check data normality, which method you use to check residue and variance assumptions, provide analysis model, indicate fixed and random effects in your model. Provide SEM data in your table. Provide p value in your table. Provide n= ?? in your table that you use for statistical analysis 2. In the manuscript, you said you used Fisher test to separate mean. Fishers protected LSD method (based on T test) has very high error I. You set error 5% but actually error is 21%. Too high. See the following Table. Table 1. You said you studied “the effects of different levels of static deformation on the orientation and content of different secondary structures in single A. pernyi silk fibers.” When treatments are quantitative data, we have to check linear, quadratic and cubic effect of treatment levels on response parameters. You did not do that. 4. We discuss the results based on correct statistical analysis. You can see that you analyses are incorrect. You should redo the analysis before you can discuss. If treatment level has quadratic effect, you should give optimal point using 2nd derivative function. 統(tǒng)計分析包括統(tǒng)計描述和統(tǒng)計推斷,你做方差分析相當(dāng)于統(tǒng)計推斷,少了統(tǒng)計描述,統(tǒng)計描述即為數(shù)據(jù)的分布是怎樣的是否滿足正態(tài)分布,方差是否齊,集中趨勢和離散趨勢用什么統(tǒng)計量?在滿足方差分析前提條件的情況下,方差分析要報告統(tǒng)計量F值和P值,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異還需根據(jù)你的數(shù)據(jù)做兩兩比較。 [ 發(fā)自手機(jī)版 http://www.gaoyang168.com/3g ] |

就是說你數(shù)據(jù)在分析前先看它滿足什么樣的分布,先做正態(tài)性檢驗如果滿足正態(tài)性就用均數(shù)描述集中趨勢,用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差描述離散趨勢,不滿意正態(tài)性就用中位數(shù)描述集中趨勢,用四分位數(shù)間距描述離散趨勢,這些統(tǒng)計量用SPSS很快就出來了,文章中一般先報告統(tǒng)計描述再統(tǒng)計推斷。上面的兩組統(tǒng)計量只需用一組即均數(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差或者中位數(shù)和四分位數(shù)間距。這兩個到底用哪個取決于你數(shù)據(jù)是否服從正態(tài)分布。你既然做了方差分析肯定滿足正態(tài)性,所以統(tǒng)計描述用均數(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差。 [ 發(fā)自手機(jī)版 http://www.gaoyang168.com/3g ] |
