Production of a 100-m-long high-quality graphene transparent conductive
film by roll-to-roll chemical vapor deposition and transfer process
在滾軸帶動的銅箔傳送帶上,用低壓CVD方法制備連續(xù)的石墨烯,并用roll-to-roll方法進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)移;得到PMMA上100米長石墨烯帶.
本人拙見認(rèn)為其亮點(diǎn)是--真的把這系統(tǒng)做出來了(我等只能想象),但是其中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),比如調(diào)節(jié)冷卻速度,氣流速度,銅箔帶速等,以降低缺陷率,提高覆蓋率,等提高graphene 的質(zhì)量方面有待摸索和提高.
一言以蔽之,就是把之前的技術(shù)進(jìn)行了整合,并實現(xiàn)了自動化,但整合細(xì)節(jié)有待改進(jìn)。
但是那是整整100米啊親,趕緊下下來看看吧.
摘要:A high-quality graphene transparent conductive film was fabricated by roll-to-roll chemical vapor deposition (CVD) synthesis on a suspended copper foil and subsequent transfer. While the high temperature required for the CVD synthesis of high-quality graphene has prevented efficient roll-to-roll production thus far, we used selective Joule heating of the copper foil to achieve this. Low pressure thermal CVD synthesis and a direct roll-to-roll transfer process using photocurable epoxy resin allowed us to fabricate a 100-m-long graphene transparent conductive film with a sheet resistance as low as 150 X /sq, which is comparable to that of state-of-the-art CVD-grown graphene films.
