editconf 和pdb2gmx坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換錯(cuò)誤

主要錯(cuò)誤時(shí)在對(duì)pdb文件的殘基進(jìn)行修改的時(shí)候?qū)OL換成PSFE等四個(gè)字符的殘基,從而導(dǎo)致了pdb文件的數(shù)據(jù)格式出現(xiàn)混亂,造成了錯(cuò)誤。誤說(shuō)成了MS的原因,在此改正 |
