我在使用ds做藥效團(tuán)時(shí)，config值一直在18~19徘徊，而要求是小于17，請(qǐng)問有人知道 config值和什么有關(guān)嗎？如果了解這個(gè)，有助于問題的解決，下面附上ds自己的說明，我是沒看懂，有人能夠看懂并解釋一下的話，感激不盡。 The configuration component is a constant cost, which depends on the complexity of the hypothesis space being optimized. It is equal to the entropy of the hypothesis space. The configuration is log2P, where P is the number of initial hypotheses created in the constructive phase and that survived the subtractive phase. In standard HypoGen mode, the configuration should not be greater than 17.0. |
