In this letter, XXXstudies have been performed to reveal the thermal effects on film microstructure in YYYfilms. It is found that defects removal and ordering acceleration in ZZZ will occur at higher annealing temperatures. Meanwhile, the formation of clusters via the agglomeration of defects in ZZZ after annealing as another important defect still exist inside the ZZZ.
