checkcif 時(shí)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤，怎么回事呀？？？

把CIF文件上傳之后，再上傳FCF文件，出現(xiàn)在如下錯(cuò)誤： Software error: Can't call method "size" on an undefined value at /Local/Ix86/Linux/httpd/cgi-bin/checkcif_hkl.pl line 157. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (support@iucr.org), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. 上面應(yīng)該是服務(wù)器程序出錯(cuò)。為穩(wěn)妥起見(jiàn)，查看一下你的CIF的157行，有沒(méi)有不該出現(xiàn)的字符。 如果只上傳CIF文件，出現(xiàn)如下警告：這什么ALART代表什么意思呀？ Alart是警告，提示你去處理精修中的不足之處，一般A和B類要干預(yù)，C-G類大都可以忽略。 Alert level C ABSTY02_ALERT_1_C An _exptl_absorpt_correction_type has been given without a literature citation.
