The reviewer raises strong reservations. independent review of you manuscript具體是指什么意識(shí)，是一個(gè)reviewer的意見(jiàn)，還是別的什么情況？？？ 文章被拒，按照reviewer的意見(jiàn)修改之后，繼續(xù)投這個(gè)雜志，給editor的信應(yīng)該怎么樣寫(xiě)，有沒(méi)有特定的樣板什么的？？？？？ |

我想請(qǐng)教下，這篇文章，reviewer的意見(jiàn)不是實(shí)質(zhì)否定的意見(jiàn)，只是認(rèn)為有些地方?jīng)]有寫(xiě)清楚，也沒(méi)有要求補(bǔ)充實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，然后editor回信說(shuō)拒了這篇文章，我現(xiàn)在按照reviewer提的問(wèn)題重新修改下結(jié)果和討論，現(xiàn)在想要重新再給這個(gè)雜志投一次稿，應(yīng)該怎么給editor寫(xiě)cover letter，有沒(méi)有什么需要特別注意的。因?yàn)槭堑谝淮斡龅竭@樣的情況，不知道該怎么去投稿？ |

independent review of you manuscript具體是指什么意識(shí)，是一個(gè)reviewer的意見(jiàn)，還是別的什么情況？？？ 就是一個(gè)審稿人的審稿意見(jiàn) 文章被拒，按照reviewer的意見(jiàn)修改之后，繼續(xù)投這個(gè)雜志，給editor的信應(yīng)該怎么樣寫(xiě)，有沒(méi)有特定的樣板什么的？？？？？ 修改稿的cover letter模板： Dear Dr/ Prof..（寫(xiě)上負(fù)責(zé)你文章編輯的姓名，顯得尊重，因?yàn)榈谝淮蔚耐陡宀恢谰唧w負(fù)責(zé)的編輯，只能用通用的Editors）, On behalf of my co-authors, we thank you very much for giving us an opportunity to revise our manuscript, we appreciate editor and reviewer very much for their positive and constructive comments and suggestions on our manuscript entitled “Paper Title”. (ID: 文章稿號(hào)). We have studied reviewer’s comments carefully and have made revision which marked in red in the paper. We have tried our best to revise our manuscript according to the comments. Attached please find the revised version, which we would like to submit for your kind consideration. We would like to express our great appreciation to you and reviewers for comments on our paper.
