NCBI提交序列后是否遇到這個問題

本人提交了一條基因序列到GenBank里，現(xiàn)在今天收到回信說我的序列有問題。但是我的序列是測了幾次的�。÷闊└魑豢纯�，給提個意見！ 來信如下： We are currently processing your GenBank record xxxxxxx and have come across an issue that requires your attention. Upon doing a BLAST similarity search of your sequence, we noticed that there may be a reading frame shift in the translation of the xxxxxx gene around nt 1196, relative to similar proteins. This appears to results in a protein that is shorter at the carboxy-temrinus. If the nucleotide sequence is incorrect, send us the corrected sequence, and we will replace the current sequence in your submission. If the sequence is correct, please let us know if you have any evidence that this frame shifted protein is translated. 我再次BLAST過，結(jié)果里也有的序列和我的一樣的！�。�！ 給個建議吧 |
