鈮酸鉀晶體是重要的中紅外非線性光學(xué)晶體,兼具優(yōu)異的非線性光學(xué)和熱力學(xué)性質(zhì),具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。但目前研究重點(diǎn)都集中理論計(jì)算,對其制備方法和工藝參數(shù)對晶體性能的影響等關(guān)鍵問題未見報(bào)道。 Potassium niobate crystal is one of the most important mid-infrared non-linear optical crystal. It has broad application perspective due to its excellent non-linear optical and thermodyanmic properties. However, current research is mainly focused on the theoretical calculations. The key problems, such as the effects of the synthesis method and process parameters on the crystal performance, have not been reported yet. |
