| 因此,在200~300℃下對單晶納米線退火時,AgSbTe2會分解生成Ag2Te和Sb2Te3。但在100℃下退火,AgSbTe2納米線的結(jié)晶度反而增加,這是因?yàn)椋谶^低溫度下分解反應(yīng)緩慢,而納米線中AgSbTe2晶體的再結(jié)晶和長大速度較快。隨著溫度增加,分解速度會大于再結(jié)晶速度。通過以上分析可知,在100℃附近對電沉積獲得的AgSbTe2單晶納米線進(jìn)行熱退火,可以提高納米線結(jié)晶質(zhì)量。 |

| So, annealing of the singel crystal nanowire at 200~300℃ will result in the decomposition of the AgSbTe2 into Ag2Te and Sb2Te3. But annealing at 100℃ will increase the crystallinity of AgSbTe2 nanowire. This is becuase, the decompostion rate is slow at low temperature, but the recrystallization and growth rates of the AgSbTe2 crystals in nanowire are much fasfter. With the increase of the temperature, the decomposition rate will become higher than the recrystallization rate. The above analysis results demonstrate that annealing the AgSbTe2 single crystal nanowire accquired by electrodeposition at a temperature around 100 C can increase the crystallinity of a nanowire. |

| Therefore, when annealing single-crystal nanoiwires under 200~300℃,the AgSbTe2 will be decomposed into Ag2T and Sb2Te3, but when annealing temperiture is under 100℃, the crystallinity of AgSbTe2 nanowires increased instead. The reason of this phenomenon is that the decomposition reaction of AgSbTe2 is much slower than the recrystallization and growth of AgSbTe2 nanowires. And with the tempertature increased, decomposition will be the main reaction. In conclution, around the temperature of 100℃,the quality of nanowires crystallization will be better, which the annealing of AgSbTe2 single-crystal nanoiwires is gained by electrodeposition. |
