1.近年來 ,具有新結(jié)構(gòu)的TMR材料和新興的基于新的物理機(jī)制的TMR材料 (如 a,b ,c 等) 吸引了廣泛的注意 In recent years, the TMR materials with new structures and the burgeoning TMR materials based on new physical mechanism (such as A TMR, B TMR, and C TMR) have attracted wide(extensive) attention. 這句話翻譯是沒有問題,但感覺有點(diǎn)別扭,拗口. 原因是中文寫的就是這樣) 撇開上面的中文,以下意思不知可否: In recent years, the burgeoningTMR materials based on new structures or new physical mechanism (such as A TMR, B TMR, and C TMR) have attracted wide(extensive) attention. 2.當(dāng)薄膜厚度減小到納米級,或者說接近電子的平均自由程時 when the film thickness is reduced to the nanometer scale, i.e., approaching the mean free path of an electron (原句好像是說" 納米級" 和" 電子的平均自由程" 具有兩個不同的外延. 而上句改為二者外延一致) . 比較: when the film thickness is reduced to the nanometer scale or approaches the mean free path of an electron |
