| The results indicated that: under the same experimental conditions, the photocatalytic activity of the porous TiO2 films synthesized by the microorganism templated method is superior to the P25 or ordinary TiO2 films in degradation of methyl blue or methyl orange. The photocatalytic activities of Au/TiO2 and Ag/TiO2 toward degradation of methyl orange increase with the increase of the loading amounts of Au or Ag. It was also found that the calcination time, the ratio of the Ti precursor and the microorganism template, and the film thickness have no significant impact on the photocatalytic activities evaluated on a self-made photocatalytic setup. |
