貫葉連翹 (Hypreicum perforatum L.)，又名貫葉金絲桃，是藤黃科金絲桃屬多年生草本植物。 用金絲桃素純度作為參考指標(biāo)，采用大孔樹(shù)脂、小孔樹(shù)脂、中壓柱層析及凝膠柱相結(jié)合的方法，純化貫葉連翹中的金絲桃素；貫葉連翹中金絲桃素提取的最佳工藝是，用95％的乙醇10倍量回流提取2小時(shí)，提取2次；以金絲桃素為標(biāo)樣，對(duì)貫葉連翹純提物采用大孔樹(shù)脂富集、中壓柱分離及凝膠柱純化等，優(yōu)化分離工藝，簡(jiǎn)單、穩(wěn)定、可行。含量測(cè)定方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速、準(zhǔn)確，可控制質(zhì)量。 |

Hypreicum perforatum L., also known as Hypericum perforatum is the perennial herb of Hypericum Clusiaceae. Using the purity of hypericin as the reference index, purifying Hypericin from Hypericum perforatum with the combination of macroporous resin holes resin, medium pressure column chromatography and gel column ; the optimal extraction method is reflux extraction about two hours with 10 times of 95% ethanol, and extracted two times; Taking hypericin as the standard sample we used macroporous resin for enrichment ,medium pressure column for seperation and gel column for purification on the Hypericum extract .the optimize separation process is simple, stable and feasible. the determination method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can control the quality. |
