中文摘要：阿里紅（Fomes officinalis Ames）是新疆維吾爾醫(yī)常用藥物，具有溫肺化痰、活血消腫作用，其有效成分之一為多糖。本課題通過對維藥阿里紅中多糖提取分離和初步結(jié)構(gòu)分析，測得阿里紅粗多糖中還原糖含量為73.81 μg /ml, 糖醛酸含量為17.07%，單糖組成包括鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖，其摩爾比為0.2：0.29：0.41：0.77：0.70：1.16。同時研究表明阿里紅多糖是以未降解的藥物的形式，主要是以被動擴(kuò)散的方式被Caco-2細(xì)胞單層攝取和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。在阿里紅多糖干預(yù)小腸黏膜淋巴細(xì)胞因子表達(dá)的研究中，阿里紅多糖可抑制小腸黏膜淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)量，降低其分泌TNF-α、IL-1β水平，升高TGF-β水平,提示阿里紅多糖可能通過抑制黏膜局部淋巴細(xì)胞的活性和炎癥因子的表達(dá)，從而調(diào)節(jié)黏膜免疫狀態(tài)。其它藥效學(xué)研究顯示：阿里紅多糖水溶液可降低衰老小鼠體內(nèi)MDA水平，提高SOD、GSK-PX活力，提示其可能有抗氧化和抗衰老作用；阿里紅多糖水溶液能增加衰老小鼠免疫器官重量，具有一定的免疫增強(qiáng)作用。

英文摘要: Fomes officinalis Ames is a kind of traditional Uygur medicine and the polysaccharide is one of the effective constituents from it. This topic extracted the polysaccharide from Fomes officinalis Ames（Fop）and analyzed its basic structure. The contents of reducing sugar and uronic acids in Fop were 73.81 μg /ml and 17.07%，respectively. Fop was mainly composed of rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose, and galactose with a molar ratio of 0.2：0.29：0.41：0.77：0.70：1.16. Meanwhile, Fop could be absorbed through intestinal epithelial cells and its intake and transport across Caco-2 cell monolayers were probably passive diffusion as the dominating process. On the intervention trial of the expression on the intestine mucosa lymphocytokines, Fop could decrease the amount of intestine mucosa lymphocyte and the level of TNF-α、IL-1β, increase the level of TGF-β, which suggested that Fops might regulate the intestine mucosa immunity through decrease the activity of the local mucosa lymphocyte and the expression of the inflammatory factors.The results of pharmacodynamics experiments showed that the solution of Fop could increase the activities of SOD and GSH- PX, decrease MDA content in aged rats, which suggested that Fop might have the effects of anti- oxidation and anti-aging. Another experiment result showed that the solution of Fop could increase the immune organ weight of the aged rats and had certain immunopotentiation.
