急問洪堡申請(qǐng)問題

請(qǐng)問各位大俠，洪堡材料寄出去n天后，收到信件內(nèi)容如下，該如何回答？ Please provide us with the following information and documents at your earliest convenience, but no later than April 5 (preferably by email or fax): 1. please explain the addings „partner and relatives“ after your referees’ and host’s names （我看表格下邊有句話“In case a referee is your partner or a relative of yours, you must include this information in parentheses following his or her surname”，所以就在導(dǎo)師和HOst姓的后邊都加上了（partner）,其他推薦人的姓后加上了（relative）.難道我誤解了這句話的意思嗎？是不是不需要加啊？其他推薦人是我自己找的，也不是合作者） 2. Please state why you mention Prof. ***as a supervisor on your research proposal （我在研究計(jì)劃的封面中習(xí)慣性的寫上了導(dǎo)師的姓名和單位，也寫上了Host的信息） 3. A more detailed time schedule for your proposed research plan that sums up to the applied 12 months and sets milestones （時(shí)間安排之前寫的確實(shí)太簡(jiǎn)單了，現(xiàn)在我列一個(gè)表格說明各個(gè)階段各用幾個(gè)月，在寫一段話解釋一下行嗎？） 4. Please be informed that the intensive language course in Germany is not part of the proposed sponsorship period and has to be conducted before starting the fellowship. （是不是參加德語培訓(xùn)的時(shí)間寫在博后開始日期前兩個(gè)月就行了？） 5. a German or English language certificate, endorsed by a university lecturer in this language or by a language institute. （我找了個(gè)在高校當(dāng)講師的同學(xué)寫的，他們?cè)趺纯闯鰜碛袉栴}�。侩y道字寫得不好也不行嗎？） |

虛心接受大家的批評(píng)，我確實(shí)不細(xì)心。我謝了一下時(shí)間安排，能夠幫我看一下是否合適？多謝了！ I plan to spend 2 months preparing a series of ligands and 3 months trying to synthesize *** with the optimized ligands. And it will take me 3 months to study the reactivity of the *** with a series of substrates. At last, I will spend 2 months relatively in writing papers and summary. 然后列了個(gè)表格。 |
