| 本文針對潤滑油異構(gòu)脫蠟催化劑采用切換進(jìn)料方案加工不同餾分油時(shí)，存在輕質(zhì)原料切換為重質(zhì)原料時(shí)存在切換時(shí)間長、產(chǎn)生不合格和過渡產(chǎn)品量大的問題，為此制備了不同體系潤滑油異構(gòu)脫蠟催化劑，并對產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定時(shí)間進(jìn)行考察，結(jié)果表明制備催化劑在異構(gòu)活性、選擇性和產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)優(yōu)異的同時(shí)在原料切換穩(wěn)定時(shí)間上具有明顯優(yōu)勢。 |

Ref. Only. In this paper, in order to o solve the long switching time in switching the light weight material to heavy one and avoid the formation of unqualified or intermediate products during the process of the different distillates using the lubricant isodewaxing catalyst by switching the feed solution, different types of lubricant isodewaxing catalysts were synthesized. Investigation on the stability of the products vs time demonstrates that the synthesized catalyst has not only excellent performance in isomerization activity, selectivity and quality, but also apparent advantages in the stability of the raw material switching time. |
