關(guān)于optics and laser technology 審稿意見的問題

最近投了一篇optics and laser technology ，已經(jīng)審過兩次了，兩次編輯發(fā)的信都是說： The reviewers have commented on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript. 還有這次有兩個(gè)reviewer，第一個(gè)reviewer的意見比較中肯，把自己有疑問的東西提出來了，另一個(gè)的就比較讓人難受，啥都沒說，說我的圖像處理類文章，就說不適合該期刊， Reviewer #3: Defenitivelly, this paper is not suitable for publication in this journal due to the following reasons: - in the abstract there is no evidence of experimentation because it is too descriptive and at the same time don't present any comparative figure-of-merit with the state-of-the-art; - the paper is too boring o read because its focus is marginal to this journal, whose strong points are: Technology, Prototypes of Optical Detectors/Sensors/Sources/Opto-electronic devices/Measuring systems widely using optic components. - the number of experimental results is huge (too much figures) and too much difficult to follow the paper from the begin to the end; - the references are almost on pattern recognition, image processing; moreover, the bibliography is too much supported on books and paper proceedings. I can't recomend this paper for publication in this journal. 關(guān)鍵是Editor有沒有直接拒我的文章 我想問下這是大修呢？還是就根本不是修不修了，下次投過去就跟新投的文章沒啥兩樣，重新聯(lián)系新的審稿人，重新審？還有修改繼續(xù)投這個(gè)期刊的必要不？ 謝謝 |

這是明確的修改后再審，屬大修，是較好的結(jié)果。 至于是否適合在此期刊發(fā)表，應(yīng)當(dāng)說編輯的權(quán)利更大，若他覺得不在他的期刊范圍內(nèi)，他是不會(huì)兩次送外審的。審稿人主要從技術(shù)上把關(guān)。 再修時(shí)，主要回復(fù)第一個(gè)審稿人的意見。對(duì)第二個(gè)的意見客氣點(diǎn)，最好查一下此期刊最近有否此與你領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的論著，還有期刊介紹中是否涵括你的文章研究方向。 |

我想問下這是大修呢？還是就根本不是修不修了，下次投過去就跟新投的文章沒啥兩樣，重新聯(lián)系新的審稿人，重新審？還有修改繼續(xù)投這個(gè)期刊的必要不？ 這顯然是大修，在審稿人意見相左的情況下，責(zé)編讓樓主修改，這已經(jīng)表明了他的態(tài)度，對(duì)樓主的文章是認(rèn)可的。所以，這次修改樓主要說明自己的文章與期刊的專業(yè)偏好是相符的，如果有部分參考文獻(xiàn)來自這個(gè)期刊就更有說服力了。此外，回答執(zhí)負(fù)面意見審稿人的意見語(yǔ)氣要委婉，要言之有據(jù)，只要樓主的回答令人信服，修改到位，最后被接收的希望很大。 |
