（Sr1-xBax）3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+橙紅色熒光粉的制備與發(fā)光性能 尚 進(jìn)1， 邱克輝1， 魯雪光2， 趙 昆2， 張 莉1 （1. 成都理工大學(xué)材料科學(xué)技術(shù)研究所，四川 成都 610059； 2. 四川新力光源有限公司，四川 成都 611731） 摘 要：采用高溫固相法在還原氣氛下合成橙紅色熒光粉（Sr1-xBax）3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+，并用X射線衍射儀和熒光分光光度計(jì)對(duì)合成的樣品進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明：合成樣品的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)與Sr3SiO5相同，（Sr1-xBax）3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+的熒光光譜為寬帶譜，激發(fā)峰發(fā)射主峰分別位于365 nm和592～609 nm。隨著Eu2+和Ba2+摻雜濃度的不同，樣品的熱穩(wěn)定性和發(fā)射峰也發(fā)生了相應(yīng)的變化。最終，并對(duì)其機(jī)理進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單討論。 關(guān)鍵詞：（Sr1-xBax）3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+；橙紅色發(fā)光材料；紅移；藍(lán)移；熱穩(wěn)定性 中圖分類號(hào)：O482.31；O434.13；O657.31；TN312+8 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1674-5124（2013）02-0069-04 The preparation and luminescence properties of orange red phosphor（Sr1-xBax）3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+ SHANG Jin1， QIU Ke-hui1， LU Xue-guang2， ZHAO Kun2， ZHANG Li1 （1. Sichuan Sunfor Lighting Co.，Ltd.，Chengdu 611731，China） Abstract: Orange red emitting phosphor（Sr1-xBax）3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+ was synthesized via high temperature solid-state reaction under a reducing atmosphere and characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the synthesized phosphor has the same crystal structure type with Sr3SiO5. The photoluminescence excitation and photoluminescence spectra of （Sr1-xBax）3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+ shows a broadband characteristic with a peak located at 592-609 nm and 365 nm， respectively. Thermal stability and luminescent intensity represented corresponding changes with the different concertrations of Eu2+ and Ba2+. Finally， the possible mechanism was discussed.
