多孔二氧化鈦薄膜因其在太陽能電池及治理污水等方面具有諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)越來越受到人們的關(guān)注，如何制備高活性的多孔薄膜成為研究的熱點(diǎn)。 通過本研究表明：通過微生物模板法制備的具有多級次孔洞結(jié)構(gòu)的TiO2薄膜以及載金、載銀TiO2微管薄膜；由于其具有特殊孔洞的多級次結(jié)構(gòu)，能夠使光進(jìn)行多重散射，從而提高太陽光利用率，該制備方法為TiO2薄膜在光利用率提供了一條可行的途徑。 |

Nano-porous TiO2 film gets more and more attention because it has many advantages in solar cells and wastewater treatment , how to prepare a high activity porous film is becoming a hot spot of research. The research shows that through microbial templates to prepare a multiple classes hole structure of TiO2 thin film and carrying gold, silver micro tube TiO2 thin film; owing to the special multiple classes hole structure,it can make the light on the multiple scattering,thereby improving the utilization ratio of sunlight, the preparation of nano-porous TiO2 film provides a feasible way in the utilization rate of light . |
