昨天還是with editor，今天就拒了，怎么辦？

After carefully reading through your manuscript I decided to reject it at this point in time, based on the inadequate use of English language. Please note that this rejection is not based on the scientific content of your submission. However, given the time it normally takes to pass a submission through the review process I hope you understand that I as editor must maximize the time and effort a potential reviewer is willing to lend to the review process. Stumbling over and struggling with incorrect use of language cannot be part of this effort, in fact many reviewers are quite annoyed when having to deal with issues other than the content of a manuscript. Hence, I would suggest that you pass your manuscript through a thorough editorial process first to ensure that the English is at an acceptable level. If you are willing to do this then I am happy to re-consider your submission for publication in our Journal. 英文不過，沒有送審，怎么辦？大家都是怎么弄的？ |
