緊急求助！文章accept后填寫發(fā)表同意書（PUBLISHING AGREEMENT）的問題

各位站友，本人投稿了一篇SAGE旗下期刊，現(xiàn)已ACCEPTED。在填寫JOURNAL CONTRIBUTOR'S PUBLISHING AGREEMENT過程中出現(xiàn)了一些個人不理解的問題，請各位賜教。不勝感謝！��！ 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure: Contributors certify that the answers below are a thorough and accurate representation of all potential conflicts of interest of each Contributor and disclosure of full and complete financial support information relating to the Contribution: 1. The Contributors, either individually or collectively, have received financial support, including pharmaceutical company support, authorship or promotion of the Contribution.
