你可以去SRIM官網(wǎng)去看看,雖然SRIM不支持電子的輻照模擬,但是該網(wǎng)站提供了相關(guān)的軟件:CASINO- (monte CArlo SImulation of electroNs in sOlids)以及 PENELOPE CASINO - (monte CArlo SImulation of electroNs in sOlids) was written by a Canadian group in Quebec. The Monte Carlo program CASINO has been programmed by the research team of Raynald Gauvin (Ph.D., Professor at Université de Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada). The program has been initially programmed by Pierre Hovongton, Ph.D. and Dominique Drouin, Ph.D. in 1996 and it has been updated by Paula Horny, M.Sc.A. student and by Hendrix Demers, undergraduate student in 1999. All this work have been performed under the supervision of Professor Raynald GAUVIN. The program has been updated to a Windows environment by Alexandre R. Couture and Dominique Drouin who have added many new features. Photon transport is simulated by means of the standard, detailed simulation scheme. Electron and positron histories are generated on the basis of a mixed procedure, which combines detailed simulation of hard events with condensed simulation of soft interactions.
