JOB TITLE: China R&D Analytical Lab Technician BAND: 3/4 ROLE: To properly execute analytical preparation, sample management and test results reporting work to support Snack, Quaker and Beverage. Principle Accountabilities Measures • Properly execute sample preparation work - for water quality test such as heavy metals and pesticides/herbicides • Sample pretreatment execution. • Deliver basic analytical support to categories like density, pH and titration test. • Good on instrument training record, test record and feedback from test requester • Lab management and equipment maintenance. • Fully functional and safe laboratory; Regular equipment calibration. • Implement LIMS (Laboratory information management system) procedure for sample receiving and reporting. • Traceable LIMS record. Key Challenges • Demonstrate proper laboratory techniques and equipment operating skill. • Good lab skill including safety awareness and equipment maintenance. • Able to manage multiple tasks. Good time management skill and meet expectation for team needs. • Effective communication skill. • Good traceability for records and documents. Knowledge & Experience • BS or above in chemistry field. Analytical experience and equipment operating experience are preferred. • Outstanding team work skill; • Precise on experiment design and result report. Clear and to the point result communication to team. • Computer Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint • English communication skill: verbal and written English |
