對(duì)于渦輪葉片原有的功能(隔熱、耐蝕、耐磨)防護(hù)涂層厚度很小,涂層與葉片厚度比平均在1%左右,通常只有當(dāng)涂層厚度為葉片厚度的2~5%時(shí)才可獲得顯著的阻尼效應(yīng)。因此,涂層自身的阻尼減振能力很低,不能滿足其阻尼減振要求。金屬涂層界面的引入可能會(huì)提高其阻尼能力。由此看來,金屬涂層結(jié)構(gòu)的界面是影響其阻尼性能的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵制約因素。 The thickness of protective coatings (insulation, corrosion, wear) is very small in the turbine blade, and coating thickness is about 1% of the thickness of the blade.
