當(dāng)SCF介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞膜表面c-kit受體局部濃度達(dá)到一定值時(shí)，相鄰的D4會(huì)克服靜電排斥作用而結(jié)合成D4-D4形式。 When the local concentration of SCF-mediated c-kit receptor on cell membrane surface reaches a certain value, the adjacent D4 will overcome the electrostatic repulsion and combine each other into the form of D4 - D4. 橫向D4-D4和D5-D5相互作用可以聚集并穩(wěn)定相鄰的兩個(gè)c-kit胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域的膜近端區(qū)。 The interaction between lateral D4-D4 and D5-D5 can assemble and stabilize the proximal membrane area of two adjacent c-kit extracellular domain.  |
