沒有學過相關內(nèi)容，實在不知所云。求助大神翻譯，謝謝！ Inactivation of any of the individual genes encoding ComCDE QS system results in alterations of all of these virulence-related activities. Knockout mutants defective in the three genes constituting comCDE operon exhibited less ability to initiate cell density-dependent biofilm formations. Null mutants of the individual comC, comD, and comE genes were also found to be attenuated in sucrose-independent biofilm formation. |
