黃連中有效成分主要是小檗堿，為了進(jìn)一步研究不同濃度鹽酸小檗堿的抑菌特性差異，這次實(shí)驗(yàn)對它的抑菌活性和最小抑菌濃度進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。本次實(shí)驗(yàn)采用稀硫酸法提取黃連中的鹽酸小檗堿并進(jìn)行精制，用平板法體外抑菌實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察不同濃度下鹽酸小檗堿溶液的抑菌效果以及鹽酸小檗堿的最小抑茵濃度（MIC）。鹽酸小檗堿提取率為3.8％，純度為73.3％。不同濃度下的鹽酸小檗堿的抑菌活性有明顯差異，對大腸桿菌的最小抑菌濃度（MIC）為0.4mg/ml，鹽酸小檗堿體外有較強(qiáng)的抑菌作用。 圖1 對照品吸收光譜 圖2 樣品吸收光譜圖 表1 鹽酸小檗堿的最小抑菌濃度（MIC） 表2 80℃干燥鹽酸小檗堿不同濃度體外對大腸桿菌的抑菌圈直徑（cm）（x±s） 注：上表中“一”表示無抑茵圈．x為重復(fù)試驗(yàn)的平均值，s為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏置。 |

The effective component of the Coptis is berberine. In order to study the antibacterial properties of the berberine in HCl solutions with different concentrations, in this experiment, its antibacterial activities and the minmum effective antibacterial concentration have been examined. Effective components of Huanglian berberine is the main difference, in order to further study the effects of different concentrations of antibacterial properties of antibacterial activity of berberine hydrochloride, the experiment on it and the minimum inhibitory concentration was studied. In this experiment, the extraction of berberine hydrochloride and refined dilute sulfuric acid method, Bacteriostatic Experiment in vitro bacteriostatic effect of berberine hydrochloride solution with different concentrations of berberine hydrochloride and the minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) by plate method. Berberine extraction rate was 3.8%, the purity was 73.3%. There was significant difference between the antibacterial activity of berberine hydrochloric acid at different concentrations, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Escherichia coli 0.4mg/ml, berberine hydrochloride in vitro had stronger bacteriostasis.
