Biodiesel has been thought to be a good alternative to petroleum fuel and is receiving increasing attention throughout the whole world. The feedstocks for biodiesel are usually from vegetable oils and animal fats, among which vegetable oils such as soybean oil, peanut oil, and cottonseed oil are widely used, but most of these oils are edible. At present, the primary obstacle for biodiesel commercialization is the high feedstock cost, which is reported over 85% of total biodiesel production cost. Recently, Researchers are looking forward to new raw materials,especially non-edible materials for biodiesel production .Zanthoxylum bungeanum is widely distributed in most parts of China. Z. bungeanum seed has an estimated annual production potential of one million metric tons in China and most of seeds are used as muck or wasted. Accordingly, Z. bungeanum seed oil(ZSO) is a potential cheap feedstock for biodiesel production compared with refined and edible-grade vegetable oils.However, the color of ZSO usually takes on snuff color, filemot, deep filemot and carmine, especially for acid value exceeding 40, it was because of the impurity of pectin, phosphorus grease, albumen and waxiness included in ZSO. Therefore, in order to make use of ZSO, decoloration is necessary step for treating rough oil. Chemical oxidation decoloration was one of methods, this paper studied the peroxide oxidation decoloration. The report on decoloration of ZSO is very few till now. |

| 生物柴油一直以來(lái)被認(rèn)為是化石燃料的一種合適替代品,并引起了全世界的廣泛關(guān)注。生物柴油的原料通常來(lái)源于植物油以及動(dòng)物脂肪等,其中大豆油、花生油、棉花籽油等得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。但是,這些油中絕大多數(shù)都是可以食用的,由此導(dǎo)致了當(dāng)前生物柴油商業(yè)化的主要障礙,即原料的高成本。通常原料成本要占總生產(chǎn)費(fèi)用的85%。研究者們期待找到一種新的原材料,特別是一種不可食用的材料來(lái)進(jìn)行生物柴油的生產(chǎn);ń吩谥袊(guó)絕大多數(shù)地區(qū)都有分布,花椒籽的年生產(chǎn)潛力能夠達(dá)到100萬(wàn)噸,但是絕大多數(shù)的花椒籽都被作為肥料或者被丟棄。由此可見(jiàn),與精煉的可食用植物油相比,花椒籽油(ZSO)有潛力成為生物柴油低成本生產(chǎn)的原料。但是,花椒籽油的顏色通常是黃褐色、枯葉色、深枯葉色以及深紅色的,特別是當(dāng)酸值超過(guò)40的時(shí)候顏色更深,這是由于花椒籽油中含有的果膠、磷脂、胚乳及蠟質(zhì)等不純物導(dǎo)致的。因此,為了更好的利用花椒籽油,脫色是原油處理中的必須步驟。化學(xué)氧化脫色是脫色方法中的一種,本文研究了過(guò)氧化脫色。有關(guān)花椒籽油脫色的報(bào)導(dǎo)至今數(shù)量很少。 |
