Title pipes comprise a synthetic resin pipe and a thermal expandable refractory layer having sound insulation property formed on the circumferences of the pipe.  Thus, a sound insulation material comprising Vistanex MML 80 70, Polybutene HV 100 20, I-Marv P 125 10, and titanium oxide 200 parts was extruded and wraped on the circumference of the polyvinyl chloride pipe, a thermal expandable material comprising Bu 065 (butyl rubber) 42, Polybutene HV 100 50, I-Marv P 125 8, Exolit AP 422 100, Flame Cut GREP-EG 30, B 325 (aluminum hydroxide) 50, and BF 300 (calcium carbonate) 100 parts was extruded and wraped thereon to give a test piece, showing good flame resistance and sound insulation.
