STM(掃描隧道顯微鏡) 拓撲圖像是通過DFT(密度泛函理論) 計算模擬的, 采用的是一定高度(圖像)模型下的Tersoff和Hamann近似(計算方法). The electron density of both layers in the range of 0-0.90 eV above the Fermi level is integrated for the images. 將高于費米能級0 - 0.90 eV的兩層的電子密度都積分成像。 |
