3.4 室內環(huán)境溫度控制在23℃±2℃，濕度＜65%，室內封閉無灰塵。 3.4 The closed and dust-free indoor environment temperature should be controlled in 23 ℃±2 ℃, humidity < 65%. 3.5 嚴格執(zhí)行開、關機順序。 3.5 strictly implement the order of Powerboot and shutdown. 3.6 插入氮氣管之前，嚴格控制氮氣壓力低于0.03MPa。 3.6 Strictly keep the pressure of nitrogen below 0.03 MPa before inserting nitrogen pipe. 3.7 調整試樣位置時應打開TV模式，嚴格控制試樣與電鏡下極靴的距離。 3.7 The TV model should be opened, while adjusting the sample location, Strictly control the the distance between sample and the pole shoe under electron microscopy. 3.8 嚴格執(zhí)行設備的日常維護制度。 設備出現報警或其它故障，立即報告主管領導并聯系維修人員，進行適當處理。 3.8 strictly implement the regulation of equipment maintenance system.
