請翻譯： 生大黃灌腸配合耳穴埋籽治療中風(fēng)患者便秘的療效觀察 目的 探討生大黃灌腸配合耳穴埋籽治療中風(fēng)患者便秘的療效。 方法 將2011-2012年中風(fēng)便秘的患者60例選為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象，采用生大黃灌腸配合耳穴埋籽治療中風(fēng)患者的便秘。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)對象經(jīng)生大黃灌腸后58例患者12小時(shí)內(nèi)解大便，同時(shí)進(jìn)行耳穴埋籽后43例患者能正常解便。 結(jié)論 生大黃灌腸配合耳穴埋籽能有效治療中風(fēng)患者便秘。 [ Last edited by fiw on 2013-5-4 at 18:31 ] |

Method Sixty cases of the stroke patients with constipation from year 2011 to 2012 were selected, and the rhubarb enema and synchronous auricular-point-pressing therapy was adopted. Results Fifty eight suffers of the slected sixty cases defecate within 12 hours after the rhubarb enema therapy, and 43 suffers defecate normally with the synchronous auricular-point-pressing therapy. Conclusion The rhubarb enema and synchronous auricular-point-pressing therapy can cure the constipation of stroke patients effectively. |

感覺基本沒問題，我把說法略改了一下。 The effectiveness of the combined treatment of rhubarb enema and synchronous auricular-point-pressing therapy on constipation for stroke patients. Abstract Objective This study investigates the effectiveness of the combined treatment of rhubarb enema and synchronous auricular-point-pressing therapy for stroke patients with constipation. Methodology Sixty stroke patients with constipation from year 2011 to 2012 were selected, and the combined treatment of rhubarb enema and synchronous auricular-point-pressing therapy was administered. Results Fifty eight patients of the selected sixty defecated within 12 hours after the administration of rhubarb enema therapy. With additional administration of synchronous auricular-point-pressing therapy, 43 patients were able to defecate regularly. Conclusion The combined treatment of rhubarb enema and synchronous auricular-point-pressing therapy provides an effective cure for the constipation of stroke patients. |
