IEEE Transaction Plasma Science 論文Final Files 咨詢

IEEE Transaction Plasma Science 論文，編輯在郵件中給了這樣幾句話： （1）A cover sheet with the phone, fax and email of the corresponding author. 請(qǐng)問cover sheet 是不是在論文的首頁單獨(dú)列一頁寫上通訊作者的信息？ （2）A Latex, or Microsoft Word application file that exactly matches the pdf. This should include keywords/index terms, and bios and photos if you are including them. Failure to submit a source file may result in publishing delays. A pdf of your entire manuscript. As mentioned above, a pdf is NOT sufficient for publication. Please make sure to submit the source file detailed in step 3. If your figures are not embedded in the source file of your manuscript, you will also need to upload separate figure files. The acceptable formats are Word, eps, ps, tiff, ppt and excel. We do NOT accept png or jpeg files for figures. 請(qǐng)問我最終上傳word與pdf版本時(shí)，是需要將圖和表格放入到文章正文的相應(yīng)位置處，以完整的文章的格式上傳嗎？還是仍舊像以前一樣文章正文、圖、表格分開上傳呢，我試了一下好像之前的圖片已經(jīng)在服務(wù)器了，需要重新命名才能上傳，請(qǐng)問還有必要上傳嗎？ 問題有點(diǎn)多，請(qǐng)各位高人指點(diǎn)，非常感謝各位！[ Last edited by mousewang001 on 2013-5-4 at 23:44 ] |

1 我現(xiàn)在不想彩圖打印，黑白圖就可以。是不是應(yīng)該在這句話之前的方框中勾選上，另外，上傳圖片時(shí)是否需要將彩圖變成相應(yīng)的黑白圖呢？ 回答：這個(gè)我是選了這個(gè) 上傳圖片時(shí)一部分圖我是上傳了黑白圖，另外有幾幅上傳的還是彩圖（考慮到網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線出版的彩圖是免費(fèi)的），我當(dāng)時(shí)是轉(zhuǎn)化成PDF后，黑白打印后仔細(xì)檢查了幾遍；現(xiàn)在我的文章已經(jīng)PROOF，編輯沒有提這個(gè)事情（部分彩圖和部分黑白）； 2 我的文章估計(jì)超過5頁了，若選擇d，不想交前5頁的義務(wù)費(fèi)用（超出的肯定得交），可是不交會(huì)不會(huì)影響出版日期的向后順序什么的��？不知里面有沒有利害關(guān)系？ 回答：因?yàn)槲业膭偤梦屙摚圆荒芑卮鹉愕膯栴}。個(gè)人建議問問你的導(dǎo)師給不給報(bào)銷，如果報(bào)銷就選c，不報(bào)就選d。個(gè)人覺得應(yīng)該不會(huì)影響出版速度吧。 以上意見僅供你參考 |
