Advanced Materials and its Application Feedstocks Property Analysis The chroma was obtained through a simple colorimetry method using spectrophotometer.Absorbency of oil sample was measured in the wavelength of 460nm(A), 550nm(B), 620nm(C),670nm(D), and the chroma value can be achieved by the formula as followed. Chroma value=1.29A + 69.7B +42.1C -56.4D The measurement of chroma value was repeated for five times. Results and Discussion Effect of peroxide content on reduction of chroma value of ZSO Some ZSO was weighed, mixed round for 1h in 70°C, and added into 1.5%, 2.5%, 5%, 10% of peroxide for reacting. The results was displayed in Figure 1. The Figure 1 showed the effect on decoloration of 2.5% peroxide was preferable in stated reaction temperature and reaction time. When the content of peroxide was lower than 2.5%, the reaction was not enough. While content of peroxide was higher than 2.5%, the impurity of oil sample was enhanced, and the chroma value was largened. |

進料性質(zhì)分析 進料的色度通過分光光度計用一種簡單的比色法得到。分別在460 nm(A)、550 nm(B)、620 nm(C)、670 nm(D)四個波長值上對油樣品的吸光率進行了測定,色度可以通過下面的公式求得: 色度=1.29A+69.7B+42.1C-56.4D 色度的測量重復五次。 結果和討論 過氧化物含量對于花椒籽油色度值降低的影響 將一定量的花椒籽油稱重,在70°C下混合循環(huán)1 h,之后分別加入1.5 %、2.5%、5 %、10 %的過氧化物進行反應,結果如圖1所示。 圖1表明,在規(guī)定的反應溫度和反應時間條件下,過氧化物2.5%時的脫色效果較好。當過氧化物含量小于2.5%時,反應進行不充分。當過氧化物含量大于2.5%時,油品樣品的雜質(zhì)含量上升,色度值變大。 |
