The results of orthogonal experiments were displayed in Table 2. The analysis of dispersion showed content of peroxide was proved to be most influencing on results of experiment for chroma value, and then was for reaction temperature, the last was reaction time. The optimal combination proved was A2B2C2. On this condition, the chroma value of ZSO could be fallen to 1.45. Conclusion The decoloration method of peroxide oxidation on ZSO was studied. The single test displayedthe different factors, such as content of peroxide, reaction temperature, and reaction time, hadremarkable effect on experimental results of chroma value. The results of orthogonal test showedthat the dominated sequence of influencing on chroma value was content of peroxide, and then wasfor reaction temperature, the last was reaction time. The optimal combination proved was A2B2C2.On this condition, the chroma value of ZSO could be reduced to 1.45, it fully meets the requirement of industrial application. |

正交實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果如表2所示。分析顯示，NaOH的含量是對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果有最大的影響，然后是反應(yīng)溫度，最后是反應(yīng)時(shí)間。最佳的條件是A2B2C2。在此條件下，ZSO的色度值將降到1.45. 結(jié)論 用NaOH氧化漂白ZSO的方法還在研究。單個(gè)測(cè)試顯示出不同的因素，如NaOH的用量，反應(yīng)溫度，反應(yīng)時(shí)間，對(duì)色度值的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果又很大的影響。正交實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果顯示對(duì)色度值影響的主導(dǎo)因素順序是NaOH用量，然后是反應(yīng)溫度，最后是反應(yīng)時(shí)間。最佳的條件是A2B2C2。在此條件下，ZSO的色度值將降到1.45. 這完全滿足工業(yè)應(yīng)用的需求。 反應(yīng)的不好，僅供參考!  |
