2-(Morpholinodithio)-benzothiazole (MDB) has the remarkable ability of being both a vulcanizing agent for polydiene rubbers when used without elemental sulfur and a delayed-action, sulfenamide-type accelerator of sulfur vulcanization. Stocks cured with MDB in the absence of sulfut possess excellent thermal stability and aging properties comparable to tetramethylthiuram disulfide vulcanizates. Acceleration with MDB gives scorch-resistant vulcanizates having physical properties similar to those using typical sulfenamide accelerators.MDB-accelerated iread stocks showed good tread wear under actual tire test conditions.Shelf-stability studies showed that MDB was more stable than other commercial sulfenamides. 有幾個(gè)專業(yè)單詞真的翻譯不好，麻煩大神給翻譯依稀哈，萬分感謝。 |
