This work reports on the influence of different A/B and B/A heterointerfaces on the spin-polarized electrons transport behaviors. It is found that the A/B interface can significantly enhance the specular reflection of spin-polarized electrons and favor the electronic transport. In contrast, a greater lattice mismatch between B and A will emerge because of the epitaxial relationship at theB/A interface, with the resultant formation of oxygen-deficient A oxide phase at the B/A interface, causing the interface diffuse scattering of conduction electrons enhancement, which is not conductive to electron transport properties. 感覺自己寫的太大路邊了, 求潤色啊 謝謝 |

The study/reseach on the influence of A/B and B/A hetero interfaces on the spin-polarized electrons transport behaviors has been performed reliably. In this study, the specular reflection of spin-polarized electrons is enhanced significantly and the electronic transport is supported by the A/B interface. As comparison with A/B interface, a greater lattice mismatch between B and A has appeared due to the epitaxial relationship at the B/A interface, where the oxygen-deficient A oxide phase has formed .
