結(jié)腸癌是世界上致死率較高的癌癥之一，對人類的健康生活有著非常惡劣的影響。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家中，結(jié)腸癌死亡率居第二位，在我國，死亡率居第五位。結(jié)腸癌的發(fā)病過程是一個多階段干涉、多基因參與和影響的病理過程。AP-2α為轉(zhuǎn)錄因子活化蛋白Ap-2家族一員，作為一種抑癌基因參與著多種腫瘤的形成、遷徙及轉(zhuǎn)移。端粒酶催化亞基即端粒酶逆轉(zhuǎn)錄酶（hTERT）作為端粒酶的核心，在腫瘤細(xì)胞中高度表達(dá)，但在正常細(xì)胞中卻不表達(dá)，端粒酶的激活是腫瘤形成的特異性標(biāo)識。因此，在腸道腫瘤分子領(lǐng)域，尋找一種新型預(yù)防治療手段已成為該領(lǐng)域的一項重要課題。 [ Last edited by azmy0256 on 2013-5-16 at 01:09 ] |

| Colon cancer is one of the higher cancer death rate in the world, has a very bad impact on human health and life. According to statistics, in the Western developed countries, colon cancer mortality in second place in our country, the mortality rate ranks fifth. The pathogenesis of colon cancer is a multi-stage interference of multiple genes participate in and influence the pathological process. AP-2a is a transcription factor activated protein AP-2 family of one, as a tumor suppressor gene involved in a variety of tumor formation, migration and metastasis. Telomerase catalytic subunit of telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) as the core of the telomerase is highly expressed in tumor cells, but not expressed in normal cells, telomerase activation is the specificity of tumor formationmark. Therefore, in the field of intestinal tumors molecules, looking for a new prevention and treatment in this field has become an important topic. |
