文章轉(zhuǎn)投不知道如何操作。。。。

投Organic&Bioorganic Chemistry,被拒。編輯建議轉(zhuǎn)投RSC Advances。我搞不清楚怎么轉(zhuǎn)投�。渴窃赗SC Advances里直接投篇新文章，然后在coverletter里轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)OBC編輯的意思嗎？在OBC里文章的狀態(tài)是Transfer，可編輯的信里有句話不是很明白Thank you for your recent submission to Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry.
