在XPS中，對(duì)于銀來說，通過Modified Auger parameter (α)可以確定銀的化學(xué)態(tài)：α是3d5/2的光電子結(jié)合能與與M4N45N45餓歇?jiǎng)幽苤�，其�?d5/2從文獻(xiàn)說的意思來看，應(yīng)該直接能從光電子能譜中可以擬合出來；而不曉得怎么求Auger kinetic energy（餓歇?jiǎng)幽埽@里指M4N45N45）；因?yàn)轲I歇譜由M5N45N45峰與M4N45N45共同組成） 這是求M4N45N45餓歇?jiǎng)幽艿墓剑?KE(M4N45N45 ：G4) = E(M5) − 2E(N4,5) − Ueff； 下面是文獻(xiàn)原文： where E(N4,5) is the position of the 4d band, E(M5) the binding energy of M5 level and Ueff is the effective Coulomb interaction between the two holes in the 4d band. Assuming the Fermi level as the reference of energy scale, we calculated the Ueff for bulk silver as 9.1 eV for peak ‘e’ (dominantly 1G4) considering E(N4,5) as 3.5 eV [22].
