| 近二十年來(lái)，企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表附注發(fā)展成為企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表的重要組成部分，我國(guó)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表附注信息披露從無(wú)到有，經(jīng)歷了一系列發(fā)展變化，取得了很大的成績(jī)，但由于我國(guó)對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表信息披露的研究開(kāi)展起步較晚，相關(guān)的配套準(zhǔn)則規(guī)范缺乏，以及相關(guān)工作人員素質(zhì)有待于提高等諸多原因，導(dǎo)致財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表附注信息披露存在許多的不足。本文通過(guò)分析相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和資料收集的基礎(chǔ)上，并結(jié)合有關(guān)的實(shí)際工作，提出了企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表附注作用及完善建議。筆者認(rèn)為要完善建議就得先知道報(bào)表附注的作用，并且本文還提出了制定相關(guān)具體的準(zhǔn)則和規(guī)范、拓展財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表附注信息披露的覆蓋面、提高信息披露質(zhì)量等五點(diǎn)完善建議，相信本文對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表附注發(fā)展有所幫助。 |
