我是一個(gè)本科生，寫畢業(yè)論文，摘要不會(huì)翻譯，麻煩那位蟲友幫忙翻譯？內(nèi)容如下 利用密度泛函法對(duì)九種腺嘌呤-胸腺嘧啶堿基對(duì)(A-T)以及它們的相應(yīng)的陽離子在wb97xd/6-311++g(d, p)基組水平下進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和頻率分析，結(jié)果顯示對(duì)中性復(fù)合物和陽離子復(fù)合物結(jié)構(gòu)的幾何參數(shù)得到中性復(fù)合物[A(N25)-T(15)]7轉(zhuǎn)化為[A(N25)-T(15)] +7結(jié)構(gòu)變化最大。用密度泛函uwb97xd/6-311++g(d, p)的方法進(jìn)行NBO計(jì)算,NBO分析顯示弱相互作用是通過成鍵軌道與反鍵軌道間的電子轉(zhuǎn)移來實(shí)現(xiàn)。用基組aug-cc-pvdz計(jì)算其各復(fù)合體系的單點(diǎn)能，結(jié)合相對(duì)能量、電離勢(shì)、結(jié)合能分析得到陽離子[A(N28)-T(H12)]+3復(fù)合物的結(jié)構(gòu)最為穩(wěn)定。 |

小卒來賣個(gè)萌~~ 英語二級(jí)水平，呵呵~ In this paper, we(or I) use density functional method to optimize and analyse frequencies of nine kinds of adenine-thymine base pairs (A-T) and their corresponding cations with wb97xd method and 6-311++g (D, P) basis set. We(or I) get data of the structural geometric parameters of the neutral complexes and the cationic complex, which indicates that the structure of neutral complex [A (N25) -T (15)]7 converted into [A (N25) -T (15)] +7 has the biggest change.By using uwb97xd method and 6-311++g (D, P) base set for NBO calculation, NBO analysis shows that the weak interaction is acheieved by means of electron transfer between the bonding orbital and antibonding orbital .The aug-cc-pVDZ basis set is applied to calculate the single point energy of different composites system, combined with the relative energy, ionization potential, the binding energy.The results show that the cationic [A (N28) -T (H12)]+3 complex has the most stable structure.  |
