先介紹下背景：我是去年11月投International Journal of Thermal Sciences，后來編輯在12月修改過一次狀態(tài)，今年1月修改一次，直到最近狀態(tài)一直沒有改變。最近我寫了個(gè)催稿信，然后收到了編輯的回復(fù)。對(duì)于編輯的回復(fù)，我個(gè)人覺得是拒稿了，但是導(dǎo)師覺得是編輯讓修改后重新投，同學(xué)的意見也不一，現(xiàn)找大神看看。。 附郵件的相關(guān)部分： I have now received the reports of the reviewers concerning the above referenced manuscript submitted for possible publication in the International Journal of Thermal Sciences. The referees' comments, where appropriate, are attached to this mail. We invite you to consider them carefully, and to incorporate their suggestions in the event you choose to make a new submission of the paper to the journal. To expedite the processing of any resubmission, please mention this in the covering letter. For the time being, we regret to advise you that the submission has not been accepted, and the submission is now closed.
