投IEEE 出現(xiàn)了一些問題疑惑，大神幫我解決一下！

問題一： 我上個月自從投稿之后，現(xiàn)在過去一個月了，狀態(tài)依然是undergoing review， 我就想問問，這個狀態(tài)表示編輯還沒看嗎？ 一般編輯直接拒搞會要這么長時間嗎？還是他正在找審稿人？每天看著undergoing review, 我想我有點(diǎn)崩潰了。。 問題二：五月六號，IEEE 給我發(fā)了封郵件，說是我的copy right 有問題，我選在了傳統(tǒng)上傳，但是我的copy right 是OA （好像是買斷版權(quán)的）的格式，但是他又說我要是堅持傳統(tǒng)上傳，我不需任何改動他們會幫我改，改好之后不久將來我會收到一封郵件。但是至今也快一個月過去了，我仍然沒收到郵件，下面是他給我的郵件： Dear IEEE Author, Thank you for your recent manuscript submission to an IEEE journal. I am writing at this time to inform you about a recent modification to the IEEE Copyright Form, and to explain the steps IEEE staff will be taking to correct a possible error with your copyright form submission. The IEEE Open Access Copyright Form (the OACF) was deployed recently for use by authors that submit open access papers to IEEE periodicals that offer an OA option. Please note, the OA option requires authors to pay a publication fee. Our records indicate that you have submitted an OACF but did not select the OA publishing option in ScholarOne during the manuscript submission process. We are currently working on permanent fixes for this technical difficulty, one of which will include the ability for IEEE staff to go into the eCF database and correct the OACFs on behalf of all our authors. In the near future, you will receive a brief email from us informing you that the submitted OACF has been changed to the eCF. Since IEEE staff will be making these changes, you will not need to do anything. If you intended to submit your manuscript as an OA paper but mistakenly did not select this option in ScholarOne, please let us know immediately. Please accept my apologies for any confusion we may have caused. I want to assure you that these corrections will be made by staff, and therefore you will not need to take any action. Please feel free to let me know if you should have any comments/questions. 所以我很糾結(jié)，到底給他發(fā)個郵件催一下嗎？我寫了一封郵件，但是怕不禮貌，也不知道語氣，若要發(fā)的話，大神能否幫我改改，下面是我的回信： Dear Mr. Bill Hagen Last month, I receive this emial from you, and thank you for informing my mistake. I chose the traditional option and may submitte the wrong Copywrite Form, you said that I will not need to do anything and in the near future,I will receive a brief email from you informing me that the submitted OACF has been changed to the eCF. But currently, I still have not received the email. I do not know whether some mistake that have happened? 那我發(fā)了，不過這個詢問版權(quán)的，是IEEE Manager，并不是編輯。那詢問我的文章狀態(tài)需要再給編輯發(fā)嗎？因為IEEE是90天之內(nèi)進(jìn)行審稿過程的，我90天之內(nèi)去詢問編輯我的狀態(tài)為啥一直沒變過，我是擔(dān)心這點(diǎn)會不禮貌啊，下面是IEEE的聲明，說了90天之內(nèi)： Please refer to the paper number in any communications regarding your manuscript. You may check the review status anytime via the IEEE ScholarOne Manuscripts website. When the review of your manuscript has been completed, you will be notified of its disposition by e-mail and at that time reviewer comments will also be made available to you. *Please allow at least 90 days for the review process before making inquiries as to the status of your manuscript** |
