從公式(1)可以看出,涂層結(jié)構(gòu)的阻尼性能不僅與涂層的厚度有關(guān),還與涂層結(jié)構(gòu)中的層間界面的滑移有關(guān)。通常情況下,元素?cái)U(kuò)散和界面滑移均是可能的能量耗散機(jī)制。因此,接下來(lái)文章將根據(jù)相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果討論不同的涂層體系中的阻尼機(jī)制,包括涂層厚度,涂層界面摩擦,元素?cái)U(kuò)散。 As can be seen from equation 1, the damping of coating system is not only about the coating thickness, but it is all about the slip in interface within coating. In general, element diffusion and interface slip are possible energy absorption mechanism. The article will discuss the effect of the coating thickness, interface slip and element diffusion on damping according to the relevant experimental data. |
