隨著我國建筑行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,大量的建筑廢棄物也呈現(xiàn)出逐年增長的趨勢。我國的建筑廢棄物主要是堆放與填埋,真正的資源利用率不足1%。人們意識到了資源的浪費,便開始著手資源利用化,常規(guī)的做法是將其破碎行成再生骨料再利用。但在破碎的過程中難免會產(chǎn)生粒徑小于0.075mm的再生粉體,若不加以利用勢必會造成二次污染,F(xiàn)在,本實驗試著研究碳酸鈣骨料混凝土再生粉體的活性,通過酸溶法來檢測其再生粉體和水泥混合后火山灰活性,同時利用XRD測試碳酸鈣骨料混凝土再生粉體的活性成分,并通過加熱等手段和摻入廢棄磚粉混合加熱的手段提高再生粉體的活性化,并與普通混凝土進行比較對比。因此,本實驗研究的重點在于明確碳酸鈣骨料混凝土再生粉體的自身活性和改性辦法,以及改性前后再生粉體與水泥混合后的火山灰活性的比較分析。 關鍵詞:碳酸鈣骨料混凝土;再生粉體;XRD測試;火山灰活性 要求:不要從翻譯軟件上直接粘貼,求專業(yè)翻譯,希望能快點,明天老師要看.謝謝 |

The scale of the construction garbage is gradually increasing with the booming domestic construction industry. The rate of resource utilizing is less than 1% as most of the construction garbage disposed through stacking or landfills.To avoid the waste of resources, a routine method is applied as the garbage crushed into recycle aggregate before utilizing. However, in the process of crushing, it will inevitably generate regenerating powder of which the particle size was lower than 0.075nm. It would bring a second pollution if an inappropriate disposition was conducted. As a result, In this test, to survey the activity of calcium carbonate aggregate mixed with concrete, an acid leaching method was employed while the active components of mixtures were analyzed with XRD technology. In addition, heating after mixing with discarded brick powder was carried out while its effect was compared with that of normal concrete.Therefore, the focus of this test is to characterize the activity of calcium carbonate aggregate mixed with concrete and establish a modification method, as well as a comparative analysis of mixture modified before and after. 順便問一句,你這個是碩士還是本科的摘要? |
