|
包合技術(shù)是指一種分子被包藏在另一種分子的空穴結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)形成包合物的技術(shù)。藥物作為客分子經(jīng)包合后，溶解度增大，穩(wěn)定性提高，液體藥物可微粉化，可防止揮發(fā)性成分的揮發(fā)，掩蓋藥物的不良?xì)馕痘蛭兜�，調(diào)節(jié)釋放速率，提高藥物的生物利用度，降低藥物的刺激性與毒副作用。 常用的包合材料有環(huán)糊精（Cyclodextrin，CYD）、膽酸、淀粉、纖維素、蛋白質(zhì)、核酸等。目前，在制劑中最常用的是環(huán)糊精及其衍生物。制備包合物的方法有飽和水溶液法、超聲法、研磨法、冷凍干燥法、噴霧干燥法、溶液攪拌法等。包合物的鑒別方法很多，簡單而方便的有顯微鏡成像法、薄層層析法（TLC）、紅外光譜法（IR）、差示熱分析法（DSC）等；精細(xì)復(fù)雜的方法有質(zhì)譜法（MS）、核磁共振法、X-射線衍射分析法等。 |

Inclusion technique refers to a molecule to be concealed in the hole structure of another molecule to form inclusion complexes technology. The method of preparing a saturated aqueous solution inclusion method, ultrasonic method, grinding, freeze drying, spray drying, the solution was stirred law. Inclusion of identification in many ways, there is a simple and convenient method of microscopy imaging, thin layer chromatography (TLC), infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), etc.; intricate methods of mass spectrometry (MS), nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray diffraction method. |
