影響因子也不是那么靠譜 已有10人參與

2013年的IF已經(jīng)發(fā)布，細心的觀眾會發(fā)現(xiàn)，有些雜志IF高的離譜，比如PLANT MOL BIO REP 5.3，而其大哥 PLANT MOL BIO才3.5， 另外組培的那個雜志 PLANT CELL TISS ORG CUL也是3點多，這種靠瘋狂自引提高自己的IF有意思嗎，可靠嗎？能說明這個雜志的水平嗎？恐怕大家心里都清楚，所以說IF也不是那么靠譜的。自己行業(yè)內(nèi)什么雜志好自己心里應(yīng)該有點數(shù)的。 現(xiàn)在沒有時間來查他們今年的自引，把去年整理的發(fā)給大家看看。去年我已經(jīng)注意到這兩個雜志了，越來越猖狂��！ 千呼萬喚之中，昨天晚上，確切的說是6月29日凌晨，2011年的SCI Impact factor （IF) 終于出來了，結(jié)果可謂幾家歡喜幾家憂啊！ 生物類（主要指與植物相關(guān)）老牌雜志的IF普遍沒有什么增加，甚至有的還略微下降。如plant cell去年9.396，今年破9了，跌到8.987了； plant physiology 由去年6.451略升到今年的6.535；plant Journal去年6.948，今年則降到6.16；planta算是勉勉強強地保住了3分金身破，正好3.0。 與此相反，往常一些名不見經(jīng)傳的低分雜志，今年的IF卻一路飆升，如PLANT CELL TISS ORG去年1.243，今年3.09，超過了老牌雜志PLANTA；PLANT MOL BIOL REP去年0.825，今年卻達到了2.453；MOL BIOL REP去年1.875，今年卻飆到了2.929,幾近3。這是為什么呢？ 難道這些老牌雜志都跟不上潮流了，落后于時代了？ 仔細研究了一下JCR報告，才發(fā)現(xiàn)了其中的奧秘�？偟膩碚f，這3個雜志大幅提高IF的方法無他，唯自引也！ 先看PLANT CELL TISS ORG，JCR報告見http://admin-apps.webofknowledge ... Total Cites 2992 Cites to Years Used in Impact Factor Calculation 1964 Impact Factor 31.677 Self Cites 2674 (89% of 2992) Self Cites to Years Used in Impact Factor Calculation 1785 (90% of 1964) Impact Factor without Self Cites 2.887 Journal Immediacy Index 單靠自引，能降一個不到3的雜志提高到31點多，自引率達到90％之多，這是多大的魄力，何等的瘋狂！ 看到這，大家應(yīng)該知道有些雜志IF突然升高的奧秘了，我不明白的是，為什么Thomson Reuters 對此置若罔聞呢？這樣對那些老老實實的雜志是否不公呢？ 這樣的IF還有什么可信度，還有什么參考價值？ |
