It's the reason that respectively selecetive inhibitors need adding when determining both compound A and compound B, minusing the originally low absortion values and increasing the errors. | However, the results will be inaccurate when screening MAO-A or B inhibitors. During screening MAO-A or B inhibitors, corresponding selective inhibitors need to be added and decrease the absorbance value to even smaller, so the error will increase and affect the accuracy and repeatablity. |
