離子液體催化PET聚酯胺解法降解研究 摘要：以離子液體做催化劑,乙二胺、苯胺、乙醇胺等胺類做為溶劑，在一定條件下降解廢棄的聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，乙二胺降解效果明顯，具有可在低溫下進行的優(yōu)點，但也存在單體分離困難的不足；苯胺降解PET，在各溫度下均無法達到降解的目的；乙醇胺降解PET反應(yīng)所需溫度高于乙二胺，但其優(yōu)點為單體純凈且容易分離，催化劑易提取并能夠重復(fù)使用。綜上所述，乙醇胺為胺解法降解PET的理想溶劑。 關(guān)鍵詞：胺解；PET；離子液體 |

| Using ionic liquid as catalyst, ethylene diamine, aniline, ethanolamine amine as the solvent, under certain conditions, degradation of waste polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Results showed that, the degradation effect of ethylenediamine is obvious, has the advantages of can be performed at low temperature, but also in the presence of monomer separation difficult problem; aniline degradation of PET, at each temperature were unable to reach the purpose of degradation; ethanolamine degradation of PET required reaction temperature is higher than that of Ethylenediamine, but its advantages as monomer purity and easy separation the catalyst is easy to extract, and can be used repeatedly. In summary, ethanolamine as ideal solvents amine solution degradation PET. |
